Fabro, one of the brands owned by In/nova, provides website users with an online shopping platform for its sunglasses, as well as providing information and images of all its products (prescription glasses and solar glasses), between others.
Access and use of Fabro's website and online store, as well as the purchase of available products, imply full acceptance of the provisions of these terms of use. If you do not agree with any provision herein, do not use the website.
To make purchases at Fabro's online store, the user must complete a registration form. All personal information provided voluntarily at the time of registration or collected through automated procedures is subject to security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use and disclosure, in accordance with the provisions set out in our Privacy Policy.
Fabro reserves the right, at any time, to suspend or cancel any user's access to the Website in the event of proven fraud, participation through obtaining a benefit or advantage illegally or due to non-compliance with any of the conditions set out in these Terms of Use or applicable legislation. In the event of these facts occurring, the suspension or cancellation of access will be carried out without any compensation being owed to the user, and without prejudice to any possible return action or any other questioning.
Store Policies

Occasionally, some products sold by the online store may be marked as “Not available”, which means that the merchandise is out of stock or there is no forecast for a new shipment. To be notified as soon as this item is available for purchase, please contact us at info@fabroeyewear.com.
The order may be canceled if any of the following occurs:
- Insufficient balance or credit on the card;
- Lack of bill payment;
- Inconsistency in the data provided by the customer;
- Error during order completion resulting from defects in the customer's device or instability in the internet connection;
- Reasons that make fulfillment of the order impossible, due to breach of trust, use of bad faith or recurring attempts at fraud.

Fabro guarantees the security and privacy of the identity of Internet users who make purchases in its online store. The data registered on the website such as name, address, email and telephone number are protected by systems and kept confidential on our servers. Fabro is a company linked to the products, texts, photographs, images and brand present on this website and in the online store, which are protected by copyright, industrial property and personality rights relating to image, voice and name. The Fabro brand is registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), the body responsible for trademark registrations in Brazil and with several other competent bodies abroad.
